    Been on and off it to be honest mate so been floating around bottom end of 17 stone but still lost quite a bit seein as i was 18 and a half when i started. Really gonna try and be strict for next two weeks as i still look like **** haha.

    Thanks guys! Really need to do something to sort my squat out. Really wanna get it stronger as my bench isn't that much lower than it which just makes me look like a bench jockey...and i'm not!!!

    Solid workouts all round pal. What are you weighing in at now?

    I'm looking at doing PSMF or a similar ketogenic diet when I cut beginning of May, would you reccommend it? And would you say combining it with the Ephedrine stack is beneficial? Also how much muscle do you think you've lost? It seems from looking at your workouts you're still staying strong so you can't have lost much.

    mattburns - Haven't been dieting lately pal. I would definitely recommend it if you can stick to it and the eph/caffeine stack is essential. I'm went down from 258lbs to 234 now i've gone up to a constant 238 past few weeks while i've been eating normally and i wasn't even strict with it.
    Gonna try and go back on it strict next week for a few weeks and stay under 231 afterwards. PM me for more info mate.
