    Sick presses mate, 220 is massive.

    When you were using the eph/caff stack what kind of dosage were you taking? And were you just using pro plus for the caffeine?

    I managed to get some Prolab Caffeine tablets cheap from a supplement/health shop but Pro Plus works fine. Alternatively you can get some 200mg caffeine tabs cheap off most supplement sites online. I had 1 ephedrine tab (usually 20-25mg) with 200mg eph as the ratio your supposed to use is 10:1 caffeine:ephedrine.

    Thanks guys. Doorknob stretch is basically leaning back while holding onto a doorknob to stretch the muscles in your back. Back is sore as hell today!

    Did these in the 5 second negative then 15 second stretch between each rep...torture!

    Stiff-Leg Deadlift

    Hamstring stretch

    Squats

    140/308x2...need to move squats to beginning of workout, suffered greatly from doing them after hamstrings.
    90/198x9 - 2 - 1 = 12 total RP reps...no way i was getting 20 today
    Quad stretch

    Decline Situps

    Felt half dead after this. Gonna move squats to before hammies next time.

    Don't train them usually but it's outlined in the DC routine and everyone seems to say DO NOT **** with the original so im gonna give it a go. Feeling sore and solid though in an awesome way!

    Went for a very brief run today (it was brief because i'm horribly unfit)

    Warmup with fast walk to the field.

    Set up 3 coloured cones 25 steps apart so track is 50 steps long and split into 2.
    Run 1 full length then walk half a length.
    Only managed this about 5 times till i was dying!

    sat down till my breathing calmed down

    Set up 2 coloured cones 25 steps apart.
    Ran 1 length, walked 1 length
    Ran 2 lengths, walked 1 length
    Ran 3 lengths, walked 1 length
    Died

    My god, im stupidly unfit. Really need to work on this, especially now the weathers nice.
