    Done in the traditional DC way - Explosive lift, 5 second negative and 15 second stretch for each rep...harsh.

    First time i've done front squats successfully. Took a while to find the right place to rest the bar. Dug into my adams apple on my second warmup

    Laying Leg Curls

    Need to lower weight next week i think

    Pullups

    I know they're not a recommended DC exercise and the reps are too low but they feel awesome and i really want to build up to getting some reps.

    Felt awesome.

    Good session. Still need to lighten some of the weight. Taking it all as a lesson for my next blast.

    Haven't updated in a while as i have i haven't been training. Basically i partied too hard weekend before last and have since suffered from a bad stomach, ear infection and throat infection with some crazy fevers so have been bed ridden for nearly two weeks...lesson learned. I'll be back in the gym Monday to regain what ive lost to this infection.

    Ended up battling the infection for another week and then it was time to go to Download festival! Got to see Prodigy, Pendulum, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Clutch and some others inbetween being off my face and suffering from sunstroke...good times.

    Back to the gym today...feel weak!

    Never tried these before. Felt good.

    One-Arm DB Row

    Everything felt ok. Used more machines than usual but had to train by myself today and still not feeling 100%.
