    Strenghs dropped like hell. Tested my 1RM's as i'm gonna go back to 5/3/1 next week and just a regular 1 set higher rep/1 set lower rep scheme on all the assistance stuff.

    Worked up to 140/308x1...used lower back a bit so gonna count 135 as my 1RM.
    30kg off my previous 1RM...bad times.

    Couldn't go heavy at all on these as my legs were trashed.

    Kneeling One-Leg Machine Curls
    15/33x10
    20/44x6

    Skipped calves as i felt sick and it was far too hot.

    Losing 30 kilos on your max bench would have been depressing lol. What kind of progression did you have off the 5/3/1 ?

    Warmed up with pulldowns and managed to strain my biceps somehow on the first warmup which caused some pain in the following sets.

    Seem to have got weaker since last week. Still haven't been able to eat properly due to lack of money and been feeling run down constantly. Workout was uninspiring to say the least.

    Cheers man. Moved back to workin up to a max set of 5 or 8 and ditched the light set and heavy set, much easier to track progress.
