    Felt really $hitty today. Keep getting a really deep pain in my right buttock which is making my leg go a bit dead when it happens so need to get this checked ot as it feels like it may be a nerve problem. I also feel really worn down and low all the time due to relationship/money/personal problems. Things really need to pick up soon.

    Just take a day or two off, rest & eat well - you should be fine, hope it's as simple as that...solid delt/arm day.

    195/429xfail...WTF! Not good to say i was hoping to smash this and go for205 next for a new PR!
    195/429x1...got it this time but form was terrible...dunno whats going off.

    Thnking maybe doing an ME pull every week is too much for me. See if i get the PR's i want for bench, squat and military this week, if so then atleast this routine isnt a complete waist of time.

    Pressing was once again impressive. You may be right about pulling heavy each week, it can be too much, I know that never worked for me.

    130/286x1...just got it. A 2.5kg increase on my 1RM. Moved my grip closer (little finger on rings) as i was having trouble on the lockout with a wider grip on my right arm for some reason. Thinking maybe its got something to do with my weak lats. Thinking maybe hitting BGB with wendlers 5/3/1 on the main lifts.
    132.5/291.5xEPIC FAIL!!! Couldn't even get it of my chest. A guy had to come over and lift it off me. Oh well, at lest i set a PR.

    Depth was spot on on the last lift but i think i used my back too much on the way out of the hole. Watched the video i took of it on my mobile phone and looked fine but still didn't wan't to go heavier as there would definitely have been too much back involved.

    Thanks man. Shame i haven't progressed well on this routine though cause i've been smashing the weights (and myself). Gonna go back to workin up to a 3rm on the main lifts every week like i used to. Thats how i got a 3pps bench ages ago then when that gets too much gonna go back to a long haul on the 5/3/1.
