    Thanks mate. Just been done over by my my ex and i'm back on medication for depression so trainings the only way to keep myself sane. Back tomorrow for chest again...dropped 15lbs on the cut so far, slow and steady.

    Thanks mate. Use a lot less weight with them than i would on usual military but they own my shoulders just as well. Thinking about just doing the clean on my warmups then hitting my heavy triple on military so i can get some decent weight on there.

    Wednesday 21.07.10 - Diet

    Meal 1 (Pre-Workout) - 2 Slices wholemeal toast with Flora spread and natty PB. 1.5 Scoops protein blend and 300ml milk
    Meal 2 (Post-Workout) - 30g Glucose, Met-Rx RTD 55 Protein shake
    Meal 3 - Chicken breast fried in olive oil.
    Meal 4 - 2.5 Scoops whey blend. 20g Natty PB. 10 Blueberries.

    Thanks mate. Having the day off tomorrow then back for legs Saturday. Started liking training on weekends as it stops me from going out and wasting my money/ruining my health. Think i'm gonna go to maintenance in a few weeks kick my metabolism back into gear...plus i've never really found out my true maintenance cals and i think its about time.

    Thanks CoCoa. It just goes to show that training really can help pull you through hard times. At the moment it is the only structured thing in my life. Atleast if i'm not progressing in my personal life the progress i make in the gym keeps me going!

    Thanks a lot mate. Back was hammered after, first time i've hit 2x5 on any kind of pullup so quite happy. Stuffed myself this weekend to make sure i was feeling strong for this session.

    Thanks mate. Used front squats instead while i experimented with HCT-12 and it killed my back squat numbers
