    I have been cheers mate. Been getting around 200g Protein and the same from Fat within my 8 hour feeding window.

    Oh and a quick update on my diet. Dropped 10 lbs in 11 days, obviously not all fat but i definitely look leaner already.

    Having my first Carb refeed on Saturday and can't wait! It's going to be 8 hours of eating absolute filth!

    Sore as hell today. Only gained 4 lbs on my carb-up so might not have overdone it as i thought. Feel quite bloated today but muscles are a lot fuller.

    Had no energy at all today, was a chore to even get up the stairs to the gym's reception. I'll put it down to my body switching to Ketosis again and hopefully i'll feel better tomorrow.
