    It's a Gym called New Bodies in Doncaster mate. All the equipments really good and feels very natural to use especially compared to some of the garbage I've tried out at other Gym's. They have 3 Squat Rack's too which isn't exactly common haha.

    I'd be happy with access to a squat rack as my only piece of equipment as well of weights of course. Squat, Deadlift, Bench press and of course BICEP CURL!

    Most guys in my Gym only seem to know how to do Curls haha. Whereabout's in the UK you from anyway mate?

    I'm in the West Midlands mate, currently live in a town called Brierley Hill, just down the road from the Westfield Merry Hill Shopping Centre. My local gym 'Fitness4Less' is 20.00 per month, but they don't have the best machines, but they've got enough plates!

    Went last night and it was dead! (might train on Friday nights more often, it's lovely not having to wait for anything!)

    I'm around 218lbs but I'm not lean at all haha, just concentrating on regaining what I lost whilst I was ill. You should try it mate, basically HCT-12 but with Singles added every other week, i could send you a template of my version if you want? We have an Exercise4Less near me but i'm not keen on the range of equipment to be honest.

    You still must look pretty mean at 218lbs at 6ft 2! I was 240lbs at 5ft 6 couple years ago!

    Need to get me some chalk and straps, especially for going heavy on deads when the grip just fails!

    Thanks mate, working up to my maxs so lifts will be on the up and up next few weeks. My grip sucks so it's a necessity on heavy pulls. Now way I'd manage the Cluster sets without Straps either, try as i may! I'll send the routine tomorrow in a PM mate.

    Impressive intake. I'm nowhere near that now! Probably 2000 - 2500 calories per day max on average!!
