    On another note my weight was 222lbs this morning, up from around 200lbs 14 weeks ago. Really pleased with my progress!

    10 minute warmup
    5 minutes at 3.4kmph

    Concept 2 Rower
    2 minutes (burning in Traps became intolerable after yesterdays Deadlifts)

    then

    Famers Walk
    40kg per hand x Approx 60 feet, 1 turn
    50kg per hand x Approx 60 feet, 1 turn
    50kg per hand x Approx 60 feet, 1 turn
    First time doing these...my grip really sucks! I found the turn difficult, lost balance every time.

    Cracking to see some farmers in there mate. Keep them up man, it will do wonders for your deadlift grip!

    I've always wanted to give it a go mate, need to be careful though as after those few sets today I felt like my Heart was going to jump up my throat!

    It's easy done mate haha. Not been the cleanest bulk I've done thats for sure, my guts been bulking along with the rest of me!

    Hope so, I've managed a 100kg Military Press once before but it was a fair few years ago now! Thinking about the Cube Method next but implementing more overhead stuff.

    On another note...my lower back and lats are nightmarishly sore today. Delts were really tight and sore when I woke up too.
