    I feel like you can position yourself to get a fuller range of motion and concentrate on the motion and contraction. You should feel them man they feel great.

    And no to the BCAA's as they can spike Insulin apparently as they have a lot of Leucine in. Think I'm gonna get a low cal pre workout supplement (probably Pusle V4 off myprotein) for a bit of a boost.

    It was fine thanks mate, in a way it felt better as theres no bloating or anything or worrying about food/shakes not settling in my gut while im training. Going to order some pre workout tomorrow. Used to love Pulse V4 but its strong as hell.

    On another note I fucked up my diet lastnight and today. Went out with a girl lastnight for drinks and ended up getting smashed. Started on straight spirits but by the end of the night I was drinking whatever sugary shit people put infront of me. Woke up with a terrible hangover today and ate complete rubbish. Need to get back on track tomorrow.

    She got too drunk and really gobby at one point so I refused to go home with her. Ended up meeting up with a different group when she went home though and stopped at one of the girls houses so wasn't a complete waste haha.

    Most I've managed is 220kg for 8-10 metres mate. The guy I train with wants me to do a competition with him next week so we were practicing with the weights used there. Really wasn't expecting to get either of the lifts to be honest, been ill recently.
    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs
