I collapsed after ditching the bar onto the pins and started to lose conciousness, Could see my arms and legs spasming infront of me then a friend shook me and I came round.

Went to Accident & Emergency at my local Hospital after. Took 6 hours to get a bed at the assessment ward and they kept me in overnight incase what happened was related to my heart. Let me out at 10a.m...didn't really seem sure what had happened.
