    Buying a Blast shirt is a total waste of money. See if they will take it back and get a Rage X if you are set on Inzer or an F6/Fury for Titan.

    im no pro but i do train with wolfey and my shirt is smaller than my actual measirements. the tighter the better. but i have been using a shirt for 4 to 5 years now.. pain just comes with a shirt, you will always have it. the bloodier my arms are after a workout the better the workout i had... form has everything to do with a shirt. and it takes time. you wont learn it over night...

    i have a titan f6 i am trying to learn completly different shirt, it doesnt cut me and hopefully will add some lbs once i take some time and learn it.

    I was actually considering getting a basic blast shirt for just that purpose (not hurting my shoulder). I tend to fail on my ME bench workout because of shoulder pain before my lift actually fails. Does that shirt help out?

    I had a size 52 HPHD when I weighed 190... I was able to put it on myself and still got 20 pounds out of it the first time I wore it.
    My raw bench was 285x1 t&g and I got a 305x1 paused in the shirt. The next week, I hit 315 in the shirt but with no pause.
    I was able to touch with 265, BTW.
    I do agree that these shirts really tear you up in the armpit region.

    someone mentioned measuring around your shoulders...i thought you measured you chest? idk.
