    Squat Depth

    How do you guys know if you are squatting deep enough? What is the legal depth, (crease of hip below top of knee)?

    I used a box that I had measured to just below parallel to train myself on depth. After a few weeks of training like that, I had trained myself on how deep to go. My warm-up sets usually don't touch that low, but when I hit my work sets (70+%) I am usually warmed up and ready to go.

    it depends on the fed you lift in.
