Thanks Coke, I've missed checking in on your insane progress!

Had a solid leg day today. I've been feeling really weak on squats lately, but I felt like I kept good form (very important) and moved along nicely today.

    ATF Squats
    115 x 10
    135 x 10
    155 x 8
    185 x 6
    185 x 6
    155 x 8
    155 x 8

These numbers will hopefully be noticeably higher next week.

    Leg Press
    225 x 10
    225 x 10
    225 x 8

    SLDL
    135 x 10
    135 x 8
    135 x 6

    Seated Calf Raises
    75 x 20
    75 x 20
    75 x 20

All in all a solid session. Having a good leg day early in the week really helps with the motivation on my upper body days.

Things are great thanks! Went to Hawaii last month, and I'll be in Chicago mid July.

Check out my blog - I just got 'er started recently.

Awesome man! You got a journal going again. If we start lifting together again, we can get your numbers back up to what they were in no time dude. Those were good times working out. You remember how psyched we would get? You would beat the **** out of me before I would attempt to lift a big weight haha.

I was going to mention this to you last time that we talked, but I forgot. In mid July there is going to be a Chicago WBB meet. It's just a get together type thing for anybody who lives around the Chicago area. There should be a good handful of members there to hit up a workout and go to a Cubs game (only if you want to go to the game that is). Phil and I are going down there. You can come with if you want. It should be a cool day. Marianne is going.. haha.
