Hey everyone, I just wanted firstly to say thanks for a great informative and inspirational site. My first post is about the PSMF diet. I'm looking to lose weight as quickly as possible. I am currently 5`9`` and 186.2 lbs i think i am well over 25 percent body fat too. I would love some more info on the PSMF diet please. what should i eat? how much should i eat? how much can i expect to lose and how fast? Hope this all made sense and I hope someone can help me.
