    Guess my bodyfat % (New pics added)down 3lbs :P

    ** New Pics Added**

    like the title says.
    first here are some old pics for comparison.

    164 lbs. around may or april of last year



    151 lbs august of last year





    present 154 lbs








    ok these ones were taken today. i'm down 3 lbs but I can't tell if there's any difference .. i might be burning muscle ..












    sorry for the limited pics i couldn't anything to rest the camera to take pics of my legs and back .. I plan on hitting 8-9% before i start bulking again. i'm getting sick of the love handles lol.

    16%/12%/13% would be my guesses... but hard to tell from the last set.

    Awesome progress. You are definitly somehwere between 12-14%, Your gonna look great when you get down to about 10-11%.

    Two questions... how tall are you? because you look much bigger than your weight indicates, you must be more on the short and stocky side like me eh?

    I'm actually filipino lol. my height is in my sig. I'm 5'5 and i always get the "you look bigger than 150". but that's what the scale says.

    love handles are fat deposits in your mid section around the oblique area. It's more common in men than in women. Women tend to store their fat first in their hips and thighs. Muffin top is the opposite of love handles

    Top: 16%, middle: 14%, bottom: 12%

    It doesn't help that you have different lighting and different poses in every set of pics, either.

    my guess was between 12 and 13% for the new set
    5'10", 170lbs, 10% bf

    looking huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge man, nice work, i have no idea on the bodyfat, but if you cut a bit you'd look tops, lookin great already anyway though - esp in the second set

    wtf is wrong with me, am i like a lean twig or something, your infinitely bigger than me, but im 195.8 lbs , or 89kg - gawd

    ur only 150:O thats insane bro. i guess its cuz ur 5'5 but still, u look jacked for your weight... i'd say 12 or 13% in the last set. i cant get over how big you look for 150 though... you look way bigger than me, im 170

    What are you gonna cut too and what are your goals? You should bulk up to 155-158 and then cut weight and compete in PLing @148. You'd be a beast!

    Chris, i want to cut down to single digit bf% and bulk to 12% max lol. I hated dirty bulk. I'm actually really interested in trying out plifting. Maybe i'll start during bulk cuz my strength has gone stink since i started cutting.
