    Give me your opinion on my diet...

    Here is an overview of what I eat in three days...let me know what you think. Keep in mind that I am in college and am restricted to whatever they're serving for the day so my options are limited.

    Breakfast

    1 16 oz Skim Milk
    1 Sausage Egg Biscuit
    Lunch
    1 16 oz Skim Milk
    1 16 oz Fruit Punch
    1 Ham/Cheese Sandwich
    4 Rings Onion Ring
    1 Cup Tomato Soup
    1 Cup Mashed Potatoes
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1 Cup Lettuce
    1 Scoop Mushrooms
    1 Scoop Carrots
    1 tbsp Cheese
    2 tblsp Ceasar
    5 slices Pineapple
    1 Cup Grapes
    2 Slices Watermelon

    Dinner

    1 16 oz Skim Milk
    1 16 oz Fruit Punch
    1 Pasta
    1 Cup Meat Sauce
    2 Stick Breadstick
    1 Cup Rice Pilaf
    1 Cup Corn
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1 Cup Lettuce
    1 Scoop Carrots
    1 Scoop Mushrooms
    1 tblsp Reduced Fat Ranch
    1 tbslp Reduced Fat French
    1 Cup Peaches

    Without macros it is hard to say, but overall looks like junk. Way too much sugar and junk in it.
