Right, started my new low volume routine today, was very excited . This is what today looked like ( weights in lbs ). sorry was in kgs but I guess most of u guys are american so..
Chest and triceps
Dumbell press : 88`s x 3, 66`s 2 x 10.
Weighted dips : 48lb dumbell x 4, 33lb 2 x 10.
Close grip bench : 154lb x 4 , 88lb x 10
Pushdowns : 99lb x 4 , 77lb x 10.
Awesome pump in tri`s, felt very weak but hey, I havent trained for about a month.
Diet ( I`m attempting to bulk ).
Meal 2 ( post workout , forgot to take whey to work ,..damn )
small jkt potato w/ tuna `n` cottage cheese
40g dextrose w/ creatine
chicken , 1 small wm bun , glass s/skimmed milk.
wm pasta and tuna..nutri grain ( couldnt finish pasta lol ) glass milk.
2 double cheeseburgers ( oops )
2 x wm toast w/ peanut butter
Lets see how I feel tomorrow, cant wait ..back and traps oh yeah.
