    HELLRAZORS spankin new journal

    25/2/02

    Right, started my new low volume routine today, was very excited . This is what today looked like ( weights in lbs ). sorry was in kgs but I guess most of u guys are american so..

    Chest and triceps

    Dumbell press : 88`s x 3, 66`s 2 x 10.
    Weighted dips : 48lb dumbell x 4, 33lb 2 x 10.
    Close grip bench : 154lb x 4 , 88lb x 10
    Pushdowns : 99lb x 4 , 77lb x 10.

    Awesome pump in tri`s, felt very weak but hey, I havent trained for about a month.

    Diet ( I`m attempting to bulk ).

    Meal 1

    Bowl porridge
    mrp

    Meal 2 ( post workout , forgot to take whey to work ,..damn )

    small jkt potato w/ tuna `n` cottage cheese
    40g dextrose w/ creatine

    Meal 3

    jacket potato
    chicken , 1 small wm bun , glass s/skimmed milk.

    Meal 4

    wm pasta and tuna..nutri grain ( couldnt finish pasta lol ) glass milk.

    Meal 5

    2 double cheeseburgers ( oops )

    Meal 6

    2 x wm toast w/ peanut butter
    whey shake.

    Lets see how I feel tomorrow, cant wait ..back and traps oh yeah.

    26/2/02 ( 8hrs sleep last night ). Chest quite sore, tri`s ok.

    Back and traps today

    Dual link lat pulldown

    102k x 4 72k 2 x 10. ( felt reall good ).

    Seated low pulley row

    90k x 3 60k 2 x 9. ( grip going ).

    Shrugs

    40k bells x 4 ( terrible grip, went first )
    30k bells 2 x 10. ( once again my shytty grip went ).

    attempted upright rows but front delts painful from dips yesterday. Changed to

    shrugs ( behind ) on smith machine

    40k 2 x 10.

    Not a bad workout felt I could`ve trained traps better. Back okay. Damn I was finished in 25 mins ..I like this low volume shiat. lol


    Meal 1

    couldn`t resist it ..hey i`m bulkin

    large piece of cake...damn wont do that again.
    30g whey in water.
    2 weetabix w/semi skimmed milk.

    Meal 2

    potato and chicken
    1 wm bun , glass fresh orange.

    Meal 3

    pata n tuna n cheese
    glass s skimmed milk.

    Meal 4 ( post w/out.

    50g whey in water
    60g dextrose w/creatine
    small yoghurt..no bananas left at work damn.

    Meal 5

    brown rice n chicken
    2x wm bread.

    Meal 6

    2 x wm toast w/peanut butter
    30g whey in water.

    woooo ...leg day baby ..feelin good.

    leg press( 270 )x 4.......(200 )x 10.
    squats (ass 2 floor ) (70 )2 x 10.
    leg ext (100) x 3......(50 )2 x 10.
    leg curl (60 )x 5 (50 )2 x 10.
    calf raises ( 150 ) x 4 ( 92 ) 2 x 12.

    Felt reeal good on squats.. man that was a good workout.

    Diet.

    Meal 1 ( crap..ran out of whey got up late again )

    3 weetabix, 2 x toast w/p butter, glass oj. ( no protein ).

    Meal 2

    Chicken n rice

    Meal 3 post workout

    jkt potato w/ tuna n cottage cheese
    40 g dextrose w/ creatine
    half a banana.

    Meal 4

    pasta n tuna and nutri grain bar

    Meal 5

    2 x double cheeseburgers
    fries
    half a banana

    Meal 6

    Chicken and rice.

    yeah fart barker i edited it to lbs cos i knew most of the guys use em lol so ur not crackin up. lol

    Right shoulders today..can`t wait, diet so far..haven`t gone 2 gym yet. lol

    (90k )x 4 perfect. (60k) 10 , 8.

    Lateral raises

    (7k) x 12, 10.

    Cable laterals

    (10k) x 12.

    one arm preacher curl

    (17.5k) x 6 (too light) (12k) x 10, 10. - perfect failed at 10. Jesus my bi`s are fried off 3 sets haha.

    cable curls

    (15k) 2 x 10, 8.

    post w/ out

    pro mr , 40g dext w/ creatine.

    meal 4 chicken `n` rice

    meal 5 lots of beer oops

    meal 6 pro mr. ( bad diet today ).

    mon.4th march.

    oh crap i`ve done it now.

    Into my 2nd week of training and had massive rumble down town boozing, cant friggin walk due to quad tear and think i`ve ripped my shoulder! This journal will be suspended until I am better. Chicken of course I`m talkin to ya hunny u are a fellow englishman why wouldnt I talk 2 you?
