    military presses with ez curl bar

    does anyone find that military presses are uncomfortable with a straight bar? i think it feels more natural with dumbells or ez curl bar. just wondering if i was way off on this. thanks.

    an ez curl bar? i dont think that would work very well. i dunno.
    bench: 240
    squat: 260
    deadlift: 300

    weight:183 (12%bf)
