ok so within like 2 days i gained half a stone,
then this morning im back to where i started, overnight i seem to lose everything i have put on, and thats even after a pint of milk before i go to sleep and a can of nuts..
like yesterday i had..a large plate of potatos with gravey and peas,
2 chicken burgers, 1 milkshake, can of nuts, about 3 glasses of milk, a capri sun, a mini pizza, a raw egg, can of tuna,
so how come im losing weight?!
Your body changes weight alot over the course of the day. Keep eating 500-1k over maintence and eventually you will be gaining the weight. If not raise it 2-300 each week and eventually you will gain the weight. 2 days is not enough to try and find a difference I like weighing myself just when I wake up every sunday.
6"4 17 fat started 280 current 254.8 weigh ins every sunday.
Hoping anywhere 215-235 but its not the numbers that matter the mirror will tell.

I lose 6-7lbs overnight. Weigh yourself at the same time, in the morning, after using the bathroom. Use that to track progress. I can gain 10lbs over the course of the day, but it doesn't mean I'm putting on weight, just that I'm full of water and waste.
