Just Curious if anyone else here is Diabetic.
IF so how do you keep the body fat undercontrol, as with the constant flow of insulin, calories are stored very quickly if not expended through exercise?
I've had it since I was 2 years old. My bodyfat hasn't been above 20% since I started training. Diet is just like everybody else, no magic. Eat less, exercise more, you lose weight. I'm currently cleaning up my diet and trying to cut slightly, hoping to lose ~20lbs in the next 4 months(from 218 to 198).

Type 1 diabetics have no insulin, dude. They have to inject themselves with insulin to simulate the insulin levels of a non-diabetic.
