    Boards are used to limit the range of movement in the bench press exercise, so that you can work on lockout power/topend strength. Generally speaking, what you can touch with a one board, you can full press.

    Jim and Dave are friends of mine. Dave is lifting and Jim is lifting off. Unless I actually played football with Dave and thought he was Jim, even before Jim and Dave knew each other. That could be a possibility.
