Is this to rapid weight loss?

Based on calculations from one of Lyle's articles My maintence is like 4200 i'm trying to eat 2k a day I'd lose like 4 lbs a week for a while. I'm 277 and 6"3 probally 30%bf in that range. Seems great but also seems like alot. So I could be down to 250 lbs in one month?

I lost 25 lbs in a month, but I was completely out of shape when I started. I have been still losing weight I guess if your not starving yourself to do it, Id say no. do the diet and exercize regularly, youll be fine, just dont obsess about how much your losing.
