    Question regarding sets

    Quick and stupid question regarding the Wannabebig Workout routines: Do you do both sets of each exercise together, or do you do one and move on to the next one so that each one is spaced out with other exercises? Or does it even matter?

    I think most people do 1 exercise at a time unless they are supersetting.

    So if a workout calls for this:

    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    Then I should do both sets of chin ups back to back, then move onto both sets of deadlifts, etc?

    Weightlifting sucks. I just like to lift heavy things.
