I set a goal back in September to be able to bench 225 by May 16th, ( my 18th birthday) I did it May 8th but haven't been able to post until now. This site has been a huge help, thanks to everyone on here.
Congrats, 2 plates/side for the first time is sweet...when you can press that 13-15 time throw on 3 plates.

Good job. What routine and diet did you use?
I went to Rhodestown and all I got was this high cholesterol
I did some different things at first but currently I'm using the WBB1 program and I like it, i'm still seeing results but once that starts to slow down a little i'll move on to WBB2. As far as my diet I just made sure to eat a lot of protein, and not eat junk too much lol, I just tried to make it decent overall. My next goal is 250 by September 1st.

I remember when I was about to hit 2 pps I said I would walk out of the gym because my work would be completed (as a joke of course)
that was a long time ago and i'm still going for 3 pps, if i didn't lift so inconsitantly I probably would have got it by now.

From 225 to 315 is a much longer journey. I'd set 250 as my next goal, then 275, then 300, then 315. Gotta have those shorter term goals to stay motivated.
Congrats on getting those 2 plates, though!
