I think i have a strain in my left quad/thigh.
MY leg was bothering me so i stopped doing squats for about 3 weeks but i can still fell the pain.
When i simulate like im squating right abouve parallel it starts hurting and i can't go farther than that. Also when im streching for gym class, we have to lay back and pull our knee to our chest i cant do that with my left leg but with my right leg i can. It feels like it should pop or something.
Any ideas on what i have or anything i can do to help it out?
