    FRONT Squats leg dudes advice!

    can someone explain the technique of these and how to exactly perform them thnk you...or anythign useful...

    Near the bay...
    You would put the barbell under your chin across your clavicle and front delts. Then squat down as if doing regular squats. Thats all. But, be warned, they're much more difficult than regular squats.
