Looking for Ideas to mix PT(pushups/situps/pullups) with free weights, more of an endurance strength workout, since its for the Army, to get prepared for Ranger School thanks!!!

For another option, check out my buddy Scrapper at www.trainforstrength.com He has a ton of free workouts at his site - all of which are PT based. Scrapper's workouts are some of the best on the internet. And he's a great guy, too. Kinda looney, but he can put together a workout that'll knock you on your keister!

You do realize Ranger School is just rucking through the heat or snow for months, right? The only PT is during the first week at Benning during City Week. You need to be ruck marching, not building muscle. You're going to lose almost every muscle in your upper body, you only get 1500-2000 calories a day and you're humping 50-70lbs for 22 hours a day, 7 days a week.
