Iced cappuccino from Small World in Princeton. Nothing beats that.

If I'm not at Small World, usually a dry cappuccino.

I love coffee, UGHHH and love trying coffees.

I take any coffee strong as possible with cream and 2 splendas, usually dunkin donuts.

Also a big fan of espresso and cappucino.

I've become a coffee whore as of late. Nothing better than a nice large pre-workout coffee.

Skimmed milk, no sugar. I used to have a lot of sugar but now I just find it sickly. I get the beans you have to grind yourself, it's better than instant.

None. But, if I do drink coffee it doesn't matter what kind. Usually I only drink it for my asthma.

Did you know a regular coffee in the US is equal to a Canadian double double?

    Black.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

A man after my own ♥ - hubby and I keep caffeine pills beside the alarm clock. It goes off, we have a coffee together. No annoying flavour or smell, and it all kicks in at once!

Mmmm pills. I love those white little wonders.
