Ok so this is where I stand now. Pretty depressing knowing i only wheigh 146lbs .. Feel free to critique. My plan is to maintain/condition during the summer and then start clean bulking in Sept and would also like to venture into the world of powerlifting . I'll give it 2 more weeks to cut and see if i can get the lower ab veinage to say hi . I think in need to work more on my chest and legs esp my calves next bulk.
