JIC anyone is competing for a contest and are using techniques to loose some last minute water weight before a weigh-in.... (I know I did in Dec. and will again - using built's great info http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=288)

Just drink water NOT sports drinks or anything with sodium!!
... it may seem like common sense, but I had always heard to drink Gatorade or Pedialite..
