So i guess i'm going to start this westside workout tomorrow.. it goes
Mon - ME Bench
press movement - floor press
Front lat pull down
Side lateral/front lat
What can i replace the floor press with.. and what if i dont know my MAX bench.. can i estimate it.. i think i have a pretty good guess. I just really wanted to start this monday (3rd time ever in the gym by the way) but if i have to find all my maxes that means my entire weeks scchedule is messed, please help!
