so i hurt my back deadlifting about 3 weeks ago...i went in today thinking i could start over...i was resting the entire 3 weeks, icing my back, stretching, ect...i went to squat 135 for warmup...it was good, go up to 205 for my usual second warmup, and the first thing is once i hit parallel, my back is sore again...now i don't want to mess up my back, and i'll just work around it
i could still manage to bench and do pullups, but what other excersizes are possible without hurting my back again? what else should i be doing to relieve the pain....
to specify the pain, it's the lower left part of my back, right next to the spine...i'm pretty sure it's the erectors but not positive
