    couple of pics, 6'1' 196 cut down from 210

    heres a couple pics, yeah i hit legs and calves i just dont have a pic.

    in the 2nd pic you are holding up a spare tire but in the 5th i dont see any sign of it. what gives?

    If at 6'1 and 196 you can look so solid and not look fat than why I am hesitant to bulk up to 185?

    just clean bulk your way up to 185 that way you wont have to worry about gaining too much fat
