    Tomorrow's goal for ME Bench

I will be shooting for a 565 floor press. The left wrist is about 80% and the right about 95%. I have a meet in a month and I just don't have anymore time to waste healing.

Hope the session goes good for you big Vin! Good to hear the wrists are nearly there.

Hell, I'm only hoping for 245 Raw bench tomorrow :X, damn I've made a good 50lbs gain on my bench with the advice you've given!

I'm so psyched to hear that. Weight is relative. The bench used to be my worst exercise. There was a time when I struggled to break a 400 and then a 500 shirted bench. Combined it took me about 4 years to reach those goals. Interestingly when I started searching out and training with some of the world's best my shirted bench went from 565 to 700 in under a year. Actually my bench went from 565 to 605 after training with Crawford for 2 hours.

    Keep up the awesome work!

That's really encouraging to hear. I feel that I have fair to slightly above average talent (on everything except the bench) but I seem to hit some very pedestrian stumbling points. It's been a really hard journey, but I can't seem to come up with any good reasons as to why I won't total elite in the next decade.

Missed it twice. Ended up going down to 495x2. I am having a little grip trouble due to my strained wrist. It seems to be getting much better. I will be going for a pr incline of 545 this Friday. We'll see then.
