The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    BGB Question

Hey I was just wondering on the BGB Routine what days do you rest on? I'm doing the cardio that is associated with it and am just wondering what the rest days are. Thanks.

Alrite thanks man. Here's my OCD kicking in again, lol, but how can this routine work, there are no shrugs and hardly any arm work.

I use BGB, my routine is in my journal.
I added shrugs to mine on Shoulder/Vertical Back day. Some feel deads hit them enough.

You don't need a ton of arm work they are involved in any back work (biceps) and and pushing (triceps). But in BGB they still set aside time for 2 isos per week on each of them. Bis on heavy quad/light ham and Tris on deads/light legs.

shrugs...what do you do when you get to the top of heavy rack pulls and deads...this routine has you doing that twice a week

arms...you do biceps on the first leg day and triceps on the second leg day and they also get worked on upper days indirectly (pulling = bi's, pushing = tri's)

    this routine is pretty effective

You shrug at the top of a pull?

a lot of people exaggerate rack pulls and deads into shrugs at the end

EDIT:not the equivalent of an actual shrug, but at least enough to feel it in their traps
