The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Although I can't prove it or make an efforts too convince anyone it would not surprise me if he does juices.

Alot of rappers on hate records will mention it but thats not enough to clarify it.

I saw that vid and was wondering the same thing. Seemed like it is common for big stars to ignore their legs. It leads to a physique that appears to be very wide up top, especially in comparison to their small waists.
    Complication breeds desperation.

He's huge. I bet he weighs 215, since he probably doesn't work his legs.

Rap/Hip Hop sucks these days. All these southern rappers with horrible taglines.

I miss the days of Biggie and Pac.

There are some exceptions these days: Common, Mos Def, Blackalicious, Roots, Gnarls Barkley, Outkast.

I think the south is where most of the good rap is at lately. Lil Wayne (best lyricist hands down imo), Young Buck, UGK, Three 6, T.I.

I'll take Apathy, Celph Titled, or Vinnie P any day of the week over the stuff they play on the radio.

We tend to think of Sisyphus as a tragic hero, condemned by the gods to shoulder his rock sweatily up the mountain, and again up the mountain, forever. The truth is that Sisyphus is in love with the rock. He cherishes every roughness and every ounce of it. He talks to it, sings to it. It has become the mysterious Other. He even dreams of it as he sleepwalks upward. Life is unimaginable without it, looming always above him like a huge gray moon. He doesn’t realize that at any moment he is permitted to step aside, let the rock hurtle to the bottom, and go home.

I saw him in a interview on 106th and park and he said he lost weight for that video. He looks bigger because he dropped his body fat quite a bit. He stated he weighed in at 220lbs I think, if not, +/- 10lbs.

They are all good but Eminem is hands down best 'lyricist' that has ever lived.

I heard 50 works out with Mayweather, so obviously he trains really hard to look the way he does.
