Hello, I consume much milk in a day, and I was wondering what effect this may have on my health and ability to build muscle. Any comments? Just wondering.
By the way, this is my first post. I should be seen around here more on the forums, more often askign questions than giving answers.
I'm not a bodybuilder, just someone who needs to build mild muscles for baseball, karate, and of course, show.
Any help is appreciated.
