    breakfast question

    hi, i have been reading that if you wanna speed metabolism one of the many things to do is to eat some breakfast cause that gets the system going etc...

    my question is, does a mix of carbohydrate/protein or meal replacement shake drink counts as breakfast??? or do i actualy have to eat normal food??

    a mix of carb/pro is not normal food?

    look at your overall macros for the day and eat a meal that fits in it.

    Some people like carbs in morning,some dont.

    But getting some fuel in the morning is helpful for the day. Even if its just a protein shake.

    Your body hasn't had any nutrition in several hours, eating a quality meal would help...
    Starting over...
