    Tonight’s Max Effort Dead Lift

    640 lbs.

    Equalled my all-time personal best.

I weighed in at 232 lbs. clothed today. That's approx. 25 lbs. lighter then I was last time I got 640.

BilltheButcher, SupRsmall: Six foot even. You know it's funny, a couple weeks ago those guys asked me the typical question "how'd you get so big?". Them doing smith machine while I'm doing deads... hmmm

    cphafner, jAy_Dub: Thanks dudes.

    getfit: Thank you very much.

bulletpr00f: Don't know if you do but NEVER think of deads as a back exercise ever again. Instead think glutes, hips and hams. I've never had any injuries from dead lift, sumo or std.

    Wow man, awsome lift.

I thought it was weird that nobody in the background even glanced at you either. I know if I had been in the same gym I would be staring in awe.

i was thinking the same thing

thats cause anybody can do 640lbs deadlifts, it takes a real man to do the bar on incline smith machine

Good job, you made it look easy. maybe you should grunt like a pig getting slaughtered so people think its hard and are impressed, instead of that little yelp at the end, or was that the kids on the smith machine.

I was gonna say that, but i think it's the belt plus him having a small waist gives you the illusion of him having really long legs. But then again, at 6'7 those legs better be long .

Amazing pull as always. you make it look easy.
