He ignored my question. He must be embarrassed I'll beat him. I only haven't because he said he'd do it.

I like your idea about our little contest opening to others. Though you've effectively guaranteed I won't win. Oh well, I still want to beat you at least.

True. The extra competition should technically be good for us both.

Don't count yourself out, dude! I'm far behind just like you and I still think I'm Superman and can win! Just make sure you don't come in the bottom 3.

    You're gone for a week?!

Have fun, bud! Sounds like all you can do is high rep stuff if they only have 50 lb dumbbells. Eat your face off and you should be okay.

thanks. i just got to STL a few hours ago. worst flight ever to get here. cant talk about it yet, it still haunts me. figured out they have computers i can use, plus i brought my laptop, so i think i'll be ok for posting the workouts. i'm def going to do something while i'm here. i might not have a lot of time bc i'm suppose to be working. but i cant wear myself down this week with too much working like i did the last time i was here. i'm going to try to take it a little easier. i just got through hanging out with some of the people here, figured out i'm way behind. but screw it. i'm just going to do my best here this week. whatever happens happens. i'm cant worry about it. just going to be ready to get back into a real gym. this gym is about the size of my closet. quite literally. alright guys, time to go get it. later

    TODAY'S WORKOUT

    DB BP
    10 x 35s
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s

    KROC ROWS
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s
    10 x 50s

    DB SHOULDER PRESS
    10 x 35s
    10 x 40s
    10 x 25s

not a lot of energy. was still all messed up from the bad flight yesterday. i think i'm over it now, but the workout def. reflected my lack of energy and messed up eating schedule. i'm not that disappointed in it tho. hopefully it will be better the rest of the week. i'm going to try to do more. i was just short on time tonight and didnt have the energy to push it very hard. i'm going to take this time to work on my back as much as i can. all i have is DBs up to 50 lbs, a bench, and an area just big enough that i can lay down in, so i'm not real sure what to do for my back. but i'll look some stuff up and do that. kroc rows for now
