    chubs yea. i'm not going to do a DL max. i'm going to go pretty light for this first week especially. i will probably throw in some deads today tho. maybe some RDLs too, but just go light in order to ease back into things. i'm not worried about it, i'll pwn him soon enough

    (decided to switch the bench up and just did some random weight. i felt exhausted today in the gym.)

    WOWZERZZ!!! MAN, A 315 LB PR!!!! that brings my total to an amazing 505. but seriously, that isnt my real DL max. i just tried to keep going until it felt kind of heavy. 315 did, so i stopped. didnt want to push it too hard being my first day back on deads. stayed up late last night and got up real early this morning studying for a test i had, so i didnt have much in me for this session. will do much better next time. right now, i need some sleep.

    CHUBS my secret. is a secret. i'm trying to up my DL by 315 lbs each month. should be interesting. this month is a check

    hydro man. i can tell it has been too long. 315 should not have felt as heavy as it did, but it will come back soon enough.

    Thanks man, Im sure you have a lot more in you, for me deadlifting is a mental thing rather than a physical. if that makes any sense.
