    Newbie to this site, Started a BLOG / Journal

    I just started keeping record of everything I do at the gym. I have gained about 15 pounds in the past 4 months. Here is a link to my BLOG where i keep record of my routine and weights I have lifted so far. Constructive criticism is welcome. I don't have any pictures up yet!
