when i was in the army i had a great lifting partner. now im up in grand forks afb, ndwife in af). first off, no serious lifters at this base. i train in the morning due to my jab and fam. so im having trouble finding anyone with my same schedule. i guess my problem is that i feel like my improvements are alot smaller since ive had no partner. any routines, techniques, or supps that can up my workouts?
