    no lifting partner

when i was in the army i had a great lifting partner. now im up in grand forks afb, ndwife in af). first off, no serious lifters at this base. i train in the morning due to my jab and fam. so im having trouble finding anyone with my same schedule. i guess my problem is that i feel like my improvements are alot smaller since ive had no partner. any routines, techniques, or supps that can up my workouts?

I am in a similar situation. Can I just put a flat bench in the rack to do my BP or should I put a true BP bench in there?

I have been solo for some time and it does suck but you learn who knows how to spot and use your own determination to push threw. Eventually you will find some one to train with.
