    man, if i saw you in the weight room i would never say 260 x 3. sick. maybe you could have gotten the 4th if you wouldnt have banged the 2nd rep on the rack. awesome pressing!

    Also would of possibly gotten him the last rep if he had a spotter help him off the rack. But great work man. Im not sure I could even lift 260 of the rack by myself much less bench press it.

    If he can do 260 for 3, he should be good for at least 280-285 for a 1RM.
