The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

The really weird thing is that the judge probally went home and got high too.

When I worked as mall security I used to catch Judges, cops and other lawinforcment people stealing pornmags and stuff like that.

Why cant laws be about justice and not about what rich white people find appropriate.
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.

    seriously.

Just the idea of victimless crimes being punished is so nonsensical.

    Poor guy though...

Id personally rather not be alive then be liek that.
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Doesn't matter what the hell he went in for. Making this about marijuana is silly.

It does matter in a way. I wouldn't say he's a 'casualty of the drug war' or anything like that, but the reason for arrest is still relevant to a degree. For instance, if you got raped in jail, that really sucks. But if you were in jail for a crime you didn't actually commit (say, maybe mistaken identity or something), i'd say it'd make the situation worse. Even if I knew it was the guards' fault for not stopping such things in the prison, I'd still have strong hatred for whoever arrested me mistaking my identity. Just like it's hard to view this situation and not think about how the drug war was a catalyst in his situation, it was the reason he was subjected to the inept care he experienced.

You have a point, but again, there is NO excuse for a sentence to contain any punishment outside of what is outlined by the law.

Rape in jail, given the diseases spread, can be a slow death sentence for victims. The fact that it occurs is considered inevitable to some, but no less abhorrent. Even if you're a violent criminal in jail for, say, holding somebody up at gunpoint or beating up some old lady to take her cash, the sentence would be x number of years in jail, not x number of years in jail plus x number of gang rapes per year.

In this case, the sentence was jail. Not death through asphyxiation. In either case, the severity of the sentence doesn't matter, the mishandling of care is what is so disgusting. THAT can be universally agreed on, I think, irrespective of people's perception of the war on drugs.

I don't get how sentencing someone paralyzed from the neck down who is unable to breathe for himself to jail time is not considered cruel and unusual punishment. That is absolutely awful.

    Wow. That'll show 'em.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

Why, he was probably caked out of his mind most of the time. Probably wasn't THAT bad, but I hope to never know.

Either way, death by improper care is sick. Hopefully a few people lose their jobs.

If someone died wrongfully in my care and all that happened was losing my job, I'd feel lucky
