If I was to start a workout plan that would have me doing the WBB1 on odd days and ~40 minutes of HIIT cardio (for sports) on even days, what would you recommend I keep my macros at? Some percentages would be really helpful if you please =).
I was thinking that I probably want my carbs higher on the cardio days than on the WBB1 days, but other than getting a s--t load of protein in, I'm fairly clueless.
Think "macronutrient dosing" rather than percentages. You're on the right track with the carb cycling idea. Read the red diet link in my sig to get started. "How to do cardio if you must" has HIIT info you may find helpful as well.
