Alright so i'm starting college and will go to the gym tommorow or the next day to start training. My first day I plan to Bench,InclineB,Flies,Something else... I'm not new but I'm a rookie what could be a good 4th workout? I wasl ifting regularly for a month and then stopped for a month and want to start in 2 days. I'll give weight and height tomorrow to keep me honest about posting. BTW i know this sounds like a noob thread, srry.

Alright so first day...... Friday 8/31
Bench 75lbs 6-8 reps
Incline 65 6-8 reps
Flies 5lbs 10reps
Sorry about these next two, I don't remember the names but I know they are tricep workouts
You sit down, hold a weight behind your head with both hands.. 15lbs 10 reps
Pulled on a rope, its a machine, 20lbs for about 10 reps...
The gym is open again.. gonna do legs and figure out how much I weigh!
