Alright so i'm starting college and will go to the gym tommorow or the next day to start training. My first day I plan to Bench,InclineB,Flies,Something else... I'm not new but I'm a rookie what could be a good 4th workout? I wasl ifting regularly for a month and then stopped for a month and want to start in 2 days. I'll give weight and height tomorrow to keep me honest about posting. BTW i know this sounds like a noob thread, srry.
