    Thanks man... I think it would pass in a meet. I had the weight paused before pushing it back up. I hope to cut some weight down to 132.3... I'm currently weighing 136-137 during the day. Many people have told me I look bigger than what I weigh.

    Does that 60 kilo include bar or is it 30 kilo each side plus bar.

    Huh? I weigh ~60 kg... the weight I am lifiting is 118 kg (including bar).

    Bench = 235 Height = 5'9
    Squat = 355 Weight = 230
    Deadlift= 315
    Total = 905
