    Routine help/ideas.

    So i just signed up for a gym near me called Anytime Fitness, and i am looking for a nice routine to use. I am going to be playing football next year, my 10th grade year of high school, and i need to gain some serious muscle mass over the next 3-4 months. Currently i am 5' 11" 190 lbs and my max for bench is not approximate but 205-225 ( i maxed out at 205 a month ago and i have worked out chest twice a week since and i have increased my weight for working out (from 155 to 165)) and my squat max is 260.

    I am going to be working out with the football team 3 days a week, and practice 2 days a week. The work out days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The practice days are Tuesday's and Thursdays.

    So i am looking for a nice full body routine but one for a defensive lineman/fullback. I need to have exceptional bench press and squat strength as well as speed. I don't want to do the standard workout with the rest of the team because i want to be better than the competition and the workout they have planned isn't suitable. I have whey protein shakes i take 2-3 times a day but i just got it this past Saturday. 20g protein and 110 calories per serving, easier to double it up after my work out and then have a normal serving some other time.

    Anyways i know i babble, so anyone who will read/help me out, thanks very much.

    EDIT: Also, i am new to serious weight lifting, so i don't know a lot of the terminology so if someone could point me in the right direction as to where i could find what all the workout things mean (EX: Hammer curl) that would be good too. Again, thanks.
